ADULT ADHD SUPPORT NETWORK
This website provides details of support groups for adults in various parts of the country. It also has a good forum for adults to discuss current issues and also to receive support.



Adders.org
A very extensive site that gives lots of information and practical help to families in the UK and around the world. Run by Adders.org, a support group based in Kent, it includes a live Chat room at 9pm on Thursdays, as well as on-line Forums to share experience.

Milton Keynes ADD/ADHD Support Group
This site is run by a very active support group in Milton Keynes, but is helpful for any ADHD family. There is on on-line chat room, plus a link to a fun 'MK-Kids' site especially for kids with ADHD.

NetDoctor ADHD
Written by experts, this UK site contains lots of information for parents, teachers and adults with ADHD. There are sections on causes, diagnosis and treatment as well as practical tips for parenting and school.
